We are manufacture Polyester & Cotton Fabrics for Reusable menstrual hygiene product and it is an alternative to disposable sanitary napkins or to menstrual cups.

Generally they are made from three different fabric layers of Antimicrobial & fluid absorbent fabrics (such as cotton or bamboo) which are worn during menstruation, post-birth bleeding or any other situation where it is necessary to absorb the flow of blood from the vagina, or to protect underwear from regular discharge of vaginal fluids. After use, they are washed, dried and then reused

The fabrics used range from 100% natural fibers to 100% synthetics. Some commonly used fabrics include terry cloth (Cotton, Anti-pill Polar fleece polyester & Bamboo)

Specialty fabrics

1. Top Layer: Fabrics made from Cotton & Polyester Laminated with TPU Membrane with PUR done on latest world class latest Hot-Melt technology. TPU Lamination works as waterproof layer to help prevent the pad from leaking & thus is Breathable

2.  Middle Layer: Hydrophobic treated & Anti-Microbial fabrics (Fabrics: Bamboo terry, Polyester terry & Cotton Terry)

3. Third Layer: Anti-pill Polar Fleece Polyester Fabrics, Hydrophobic treated & Anti-Microbial treated
